Pilates,
long the closely garded secret of dancers
and athletes, has in recent years been adopted
by a growing number of men and women as their
principal form of exercise.

Taupin, founder of the Studio Pilates
de Paris®, first introduced the pilates
method to France. Philippe was trained and
certified in the pilates method by Romana
Kryzanowska, the leading worldwide authority
on the pilates method and the direct
successor to Joseph Pilates, Philippe
himself is a level 3 Pilates instructor,
which signifies that he is one of the most
